WTF?? A $1,500+ premium airgun and it has a plastic trigger? Not the trigger guard but the actual trigger itself is plastic?
It’s just the trigger blade that is of plastic or of polymer to be exact. Many manufacturers are turning to polymer in order to shed some weight off their guns so no big deal about it.
I would really just like to confirm and reconfirm, is the trigger blade really, really NOT made of steel, or anything of the traditional trigger blade metal material and it is made of a man-made material like plastic or polymer?
I am asking because, personally, it is a big deal for me.
I have been drawn to the excellent performance out of the box that Vulcan owners are reporting all around rather consistently. But, that plastic trigger blade is not going to be a bright star in those reports.

Yes they are very well made. I have no complaints with it. Also the trigger mechanism is top quality, is very crisp and predictable.
I think most people can agree that it is polymer not plastic. As in not cheap blister pack plastic but real nice strong light polymer.

so are you saying non-plastic trigger?

Re trigger material.
The trigger is NOT an issue, believe me.Man made compounds abound in many different areas. Military equipment , high stress areas as on Formula 1 racing cars, space technology. Steel is slowly becoming an old victorian construction material.
There is a huge disparity between plastics and polymers.
My Vulcan trigger shows no deformity or any issue you may think of such as temperature change. One is not aware of any feel difference in use, other than on very cold hunting days it is not cold to touch.
I have no connection with maker . You will be doing yourself out of a really well made and usable gun. Please please don”t let old prejudices get in the way of your decision.
