Hey LMTSS,
Can you tell me what the outside diameter of the two pieces of tube you used are?…
I guess he’s not coming back. If it helps, I’m planning on building my own and have taken measurements. I am going to order 6061 aluminum tubes measuring 1″OD and 1″ID x 1.25:OD to make it match the frame size. Maybe later spot weld or adhere matching dovetail rails for extra credit.
Theoretically since the OD of one is the same size as the ID of the other it should sleeve together perfectly, hopefully requiring a little heating/cooling to expand/contract them and then press together.
Lol, I have a teeter ups and I love it…5 minutes in the morning and 5-10 at night and my back has been better since! I used to have major back problems since I was 16 and that was 20 years ago.
my back is crap as well….sitting here buzzing on Norco painkillers
Nice work!
you like the invert thing? I hang upside down from a bar, works wonders after a long day.
I use it mostly as a coat rack. 😆

Hey LMTSS,
Can you tell me what the outside diameter of the two pieces of tube you used are? I have been wanting to do something like this, where I could make a shroud and then fill it with my own internals, but it seems the pieces I buy have been off by a few thousandths of an inch each time.
Thanks,
Chris
