I’ve had some tritium vials taped to my focus knobs for a little while, and they definitely help. Of course, part of the problem is that with my old eyes I can’t read the numbers on the dial in daylight anyway, so even in daylight it makes it easier. I have them taped at 50yds and 100 yds; i think I might also add one at 20yds, since my zero area is basically 20-50 yards.
