nite venture

i’ve had it with the gopher that’s leaving huge piles of dirt in my back yard, so, i equipped my Talon for some nite OPS by attaching my streamview tactical flashlite to it on the accessory rail and settling in at my shooting bench to wait for the offending gopher to show his head so i could put a .22 cal sized hole thru it. 😈

wouldn’t you know it…no gopher…plenty of bunnies…but no gopher! 😕

not at first anyway…

then i spotted some movement in the hole…i’d been using the light of the porchlite and a handheld flashlite to observe until a target appears, then switch on the tac-lite for target illumination.

switched on the tac-lite, centered the offending varmints head with the red dot, started the squeeze…DAMMMMM…tac lite burned out! 👿

at the moment he’s still alive and well…maybe tonite …. 🙄
