Q:

No more Compact Crickets being made

According to the update email from Steve at WWAG they’re discontinued and Wild West is buying all they have.

I’m really glad I got mine.

Why would they discontinue a skeleton stock? That’s the lightest, best looking stock they have. I own one. I had the other one with the magazine holders and besides the fact that the magazines kept popping out, it was fugly…and heavy to boot.

I’m telling Maddog Doug about this!!!

I tried telling you guys that back in May but no one beleived me.. no compacts or skeleton stocks to be made anymore.
Its a shame really but I guess it is the buyers demand v/s too many options to build and stock.

About 3″ but the air tube is shorter too so the weight is noticeably less than even my standard .22 w/ skeleton stock which is pretty light.

Coda, how much shorter are then than standard?

Me too – a skeleton stock in .177. That is my favorite plinker. 🙁
