No rust.

I took my valve apart today (been in the bottle for at least a fortnight) and there was no more rust on it now than there was after a day. A very fine patina, hardly visible and not consistent. Rather suprising, given it’s mild steel (bright-drawn, if that makes any difference?). But as 303 SS machines as well I see no reason not to upgrade to that anyway. 🙂
