Not a Bullpup topic
Not a Bullpup topic, but It would be fun to watch.
It is an awesome gun, but I am more amazed at the person behind the gun. Take a look.

Well – usually i don’t ask her opinion on gun related matters but this time her relatives could be a big help.

Hi Ville,
It would be nice to know if the SA is in production yet.
Jp
I don’t much care about SA rifles in general but that one tickles my fancy. I’ve considered a Steyr for a while (my Wife being an Austrian and she has relatives working at Steyr) but never really came thru with a purchase. Looks like i will now. I just need to convince her that i NEED a new rifle, this last one of course, and she needs to call to her relatives since it’s soon Christmas and all too.

Hi dr.
I was just joking with you. As mentioned by Ville, Steyrs do not make anything larger than a .22. I have a pair of .22 custom built by the master, AZ. Very sweet shooting rifles.
I was seriously looking into the Steyr hunter5, but decided to wait a little bit. It is a multishot lever action, very nice though.
The semi-auto REALLY intrigued me this time. It is a .22, but sounded almost like a .22lr. AZ may be able to tame the noise,
Steyr has never gone for downright power but rather for absolute precision. I think too much velocity is counterproductive for the accuracy but i’m no expert though. Imagine a .25 or god forbid, a .30 cal pellet at speeds comparable to what gives a .22 pellet those 40 Joule. A trajectory of a Pub Dart. Barely…

John, if you’re serious and there is a plan for a .25 (I doubt they will go to a .30 cal) put me on the list. 100% I’m there. That’s a sweet rifle!
I think you’re right Ville.
Sorry – i don’t think Steyr makes anything bigger than .22. To my knowledge their line-up consists on .177,.20 & .22 cal.

Dr Steele,
I thought you are already tapped out from guns, tank and compressor. I thought You may need a little time to recouped? Or is that you just won the big tournament?
You might as well get in line because I just place my order just incase they make a .25 or a .30
Jp
If they make this gun in a .25 I’ll buy it tomorrow!!!! With a 100 round clip! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
Green is for a bit expensive but not a lot more than some of our bullpups. Maybe Naser will see this. 🙂Nasar already has one. I wonder if he found the lost mag. for it?

Really? I dont think the semi-auto has been release yet. Naser may have the Steyr 5, multishot, lever action. Of course, I could be wrong.
This is probable my next airgun after the .30 Matador. Of course I may have to sell some of my old equipments to be able to afford this one.
Donnie, I am out of kidney, I still have my last testicle. Do you want it?

The largest calibre I could find is 22 and they claim “up to 40 joules” (29.5 ft lbf)
He has certainly handled that gun a good bit
I like it. I’ve owned a couple Steyer LP 50 pistolas. And Never had a cycling issue. Steyer makes a great product. They always lacked in the power department for my taste. That one looks impressive though. At least they have the right guy shooting it. That’s for sure :8: .
Give the Geezer some credit. He looks way better than “Angie” . I love the Austrian accent too …
