The finish look nice and does not look like a replica, but somehow the spring look a bit higher than mine. I have 3 Harris Bipod S 6-9″ with Lock Podloc, the spring on my bipod seem to be a bit lower than yours, maybe I did not use it much? 😆 😆
I also had a Harris Bipod 1A2H 13.5-23″ for hunting only, and also had DCLWHEAD for tripod, but not using much either 😆 😆

In fact the “old” one was made by the copy machine taking as a sample my real stock. But, as I told you already, there is something on the fingertips 🙂 that makes all it different, someone called it EDwodoo 🙂 could be 🙂

I truly believe that it does, Ed. I’ve found that being able to slide my fingers and thumb into those slots in the stock makes for much more stable off-hand shooting. Also, take a look at the position of the rubber butt pad. On the old stock, it is just a tiny bit higher. It doesn’t look like much, but it makes a big difference on how it feels (to me).
It may all be in my head, but I am now able to keep much smaller groups at 30 yards shooting off-hand. The “new” stock also has much nicer finish than the old. I’m not speaking of the paint, but rather the corners and angles. The “new” stock is simply much more comfortable to shoot. And the best part is that the action now fits into the stock perfectly. I had to shim the inside of the old stock to make it level.
I’m quite pleased with the replacement stock. I believe it makes my gun much better. And yes, it looks nicer, as well. 🙂 Ted.
