hey thanks alot, I suppose I should open everything up and read everything I’m sorry for my laziness I dont do anything like Im suppose to like gee did you read the directions well no, thanks again as far as I can tell so far the scope is working good, I did read somewhere these scopes can have alot of problems from the get go, do the batterys last very long or should I get me some spares, and are these batterys found in the area or will they be an order item.

I believe its for a remote control, check here:

On the left rear bottom, there’s a little thumb screw on the scope, any idea what that is for?

I also have an ATN trident, the CD was no help at all. The large front cover should have a tiny hole in its center. If it does, you can shoot during the day with the cover on. DO NOT turn on the NV scope on in daylight without that cover being on or it may do damage to the electronics inside. I initially found the clarity of the scope to be “fuzzy” and was disappointed with it until I loosened the two set screws that secure the front lens assembly and turned it to focus it crystal clear. I also found that the elevation adjustment indicators were printed in reverse. If I turned it “up”, the bullet impact went down. Stupid crap like that was frustrating on a $2000 scope. I wrote ATN an email about it and they never replied back. Great product but poor instructions and support.

I’m going to put it on my condor or my 850 air mag, and do some rabbit hunting, the scope is nice I had it outside and you can see really well for at least 100yrds. it is not very clear for up close distance, like 10 to 15 yrds. but after that it is great, it is also a mighty heavy bitch, for a scope, I suppose, I’ll just have to shoot at night to zero it in. I had a big Jack along side of my house, and man, its eyes are giant white reflectors.

Volquartsen Evolution-204 Ruger.

What r u goin to mount it on?

Hey thanks Bluejay, daaa!!!

Hay maw, put that cd into your computer and it will do amazing things for you 😉

congratulations you lucky bastard 😈

ATN Trident pro.

What’s the make and model of your NV?

Not that I’m any expert, but if anyone is here, stating the type you have is a good start.

Cheers!
