Q:

O-Ring question

Just recieved my new Condor 22 cal. last week, love it 😀 😀 😀
Trying to do my first MOD by changing the breech o-ring to 90 durometer ones. I’ve seen in the reference section that the factory o-ring has dimension of 7/16 x 5/16 x 1/16, what would the 90 durometer o-ring’s dimensions be??? Does anyone have the dimensions that the o-ring groove needs to be machined at?????

Thanks for the help guys!!!

Would changing to a larger o-ring help any (in the Breech)?

Maybe not, have a look here.

I don’t think so, a touch of lube and leaved it as it is until the orings start to leak then change for 90 duro ones.

Go shoot it and enjoy.

Thanks guys!

I would not change the oring until it starts to leak.

But that is just me 😀

Go shoot your gun and enjoy it.

Durometer refers to the hardness of the material.
The size will be the same.
may feel ‘tighter’ once installed due to the harder material.
use a good oring lube
