O-Ring sizes????

Does anybody know the size of the tank o-ring?
How about the size of the breach o-ring?

And where to get them?

Breech Slide O-ring: 7/16 x 5/16 x 1/16
Metric sizes 1/16=.0625 5/16=.3125 7/16=.4375
