Oil Seal Modified breech

Has anybody used one of these ?
I am wondering what the advantage would be ? Noise reduction ?

EDIT: Forget about it just got a message back from them no info very poor English.
Looks like it’s not a USA made part but a China made part so not interested in it now.
Deleted link as I am not happy with all the China parts now on the market for the Airforce guns.
