I’ve seen the Edge over here In the flesh. I can’t say If It was a working model or not. I never bothered enquiring as It doesn’t interest me but just thought I’d let you know 🙂
It has been up for sale for OVER a year at Pyramyd Air… There are working models here and there i’m sure but why “sell” it on the web when it isn’t out and WHY do it for over a year when it obviously is NOT ready to ship…?

there are the new two “Codos” are two more comming next week, and im´s searching a 4 axis CNC lathe machinist for production.
Tks for your concepts even the non favorable, it´s the only way to improve an idea.

BKL mounts have been shipping all month. I got 3 sets a few weeks ago. 😉
I can see another way to use this adapter.
Instead of indexing it to only drop the tank, index it 45degrees so the tank is offset to the right/left depending on your preference. Offsetting the tank sideways would make more difference than lowering it IMO.
The guage and fill probe holes might have to be moved for this to work though.
And finish the Edge and the “regulator” and the BKL mounts… Its been over a year… 😯

I also don’t have to till my head every time look through the scope.
So if you can make it, I will buy it 😆

That must be the most extreme case BUT, as for myself with 22 cal. Condor I want both the gauge and the tilted tank. Shooting at the range my earmuffs are useless because I can’t tilt my head enough to see through the scope while wearing them. The right one gets knocked out of place. I just can’t keep the powder burners far enough away. Also, I’d bet AirForce would sell a lot more rifles if they would include an air gauge.
Sure I can see why. It is just not an issue for me. As for a QF. I love that my Talon tank is so easy to fill and I do not have to juggle the gun and make room for the gun and CF tank to fit in one area. I am not a proponent of a long fill hose. I have had them bust loose off of the fill nipple and whip around beating the shit out of stuff and people. The shortest hose is what I use for fills.
It is a real convenience for me to twist my tank off and fill. I love it. As for my other PCP I have to take the fill tank out of the Jeep and the gun. Put them on the ground. Kneel down or bend over to fill. The AF tank is just easier for me to fill off the gun.
Lots of guys would love to keep their tank on the AF gun at all times. I am not one of them. I bought it because it was a take down gun and could be transported easily in a compact case.
This is a great upgrade for those who need it features. Don’t let me discourage you. We are just shooting the shit here. 😀
I am with you on it being really easy to twist the bottle off in 2 seconds and it’s a non issue for me so I couldn’t care less about the quck fill and I want the safest way to have fun too.
I am with hoot on the fact it’s nice looking and the gauge is just fantastic to have right there where you can read it.
With a well tuned and properly optomized air force rifle you really don’t need it regualted as long as you know where you pressure is at and I know some people go by shot count to know when to refill but what if you change power settings while out shooting or just forget. It would be a nice piece of kit to have without the quick fill which might make it easier to make.
I know the droop mounts allow people to get the most out of their adjustment but with medium mounts I am 3.5″ from center of barrel to center of objective lens which on higher mag limits the use of the mildots at a lot mags and if I reenter that with it at 2.5″ I get the use of my mildots all the way to 100 yards on 30 mag but with it at 3.5″ I lose the middle ranges.
Did I mention that I love the wokbutt oh and the trigger guard oh and the spacer 🙂
I just come back with two “Codos” just finished… at this speed… hummm 20 in one year…hahaha

Sure, this may not apply to everyone, some of you like to remove the tank to refill, some of you may have more shoots per fill and does not need to refill it so often.
In my case, my Condor .25 Cal tuned to max, I only get 10 shots per fill or less. So if I take my gun out for all day shooting, it’s really painful to remove the tank every 10 shoots count.
It’s nice to know how much air you have left in the tank before refill it by adding the gauge.
I also don’t have to till my head every time look through the scope.
So if you can make it, I will buy it 😆
