P-Rod Compact Bullpup Build
My Lelya influenced compact bullpup is finally under way… its based on a .22 Marauder pistol. Why? Because I had a lovely but small piece 120+ year old piece of English black walnut left over from my .25 cal bullpup Marauder build..so the .25 cals “little sister” will be my low powered close range/inside the hangers gun..

Thank you. No, the stocks are made by me. The aluminum parts are designed by me; and made manufacture by CNC (numerical control) in duraluminum 7075.
Could you please tell us the cost of M-rod and P-rod stocks?
Please, you send me an email and I give you all the information.

That is awesome 😯

That should do it. I used one of these
to attach the rear of the rail to the breech in my D-max bullpup. Cut off the picatinny rail part and cut to desired length.
Indeed it is.. I cant wait to see it oiled! Im thinking maybe just a picatinny rail mounted on the rear dovetail and use the original barrel band as a front support..
That’s some beautiful walnut! You could use the tri-rail with front support band if you want to make the build simple. I have some plans of bullpupping my .357 Blizzard and I’m thinking of using the Daystate Venom approach http://www.network54.com/Forum/79537/thread/1315511961/venom+daystate+bullpup
Donny? Do you want to play this game? 😆 I think Im disqualified already…
Let’s get you motivated then, how about a friendly competition of who’s got the shortest one? Mine is only 49 cm, can you make your’s shorter 😆

I second yellowyak, i’d definitely consider buying a kit, if one was available.

The pic with the rail attached is a just Photoshoped concept and I am yet to make the scope mount.. Im thinking I might just do the lazy FX bobcat way and fit a A/F riser rail extended forward of the breach. this project has been sitting at my feet under my desk for months so I figured Id better just finish it before I loose all interest and put the pistol grip back on.. 😕
Sorry no kit will ever be available from me.. all my works are “one offs” and hand made.. a kit would have to be CNC’d to make it viable and although I am a licensed firearm manufacturer, I have no time or interest to mas produce something for export. If I ever decided to do such a thing, my product would not resemble or be influenced by any other manufactures designs (such as this one.. the Lelya) it would be fresh and new and completely outside the norm. 😉
Ill leave the mass production of copied designs to Chinese companies and our Argentinian thunder cats hooooooo 😆
Thank you all for your comments.. I will post updates as I find the motivation and time to complete this little toy.
When you consider how much time goes into this kind of work…making a “killing” would not be possible unless the price point was “unmarketable”. As a craftsmen he can make them on an individual basis and sell them to those who can afford his time and skill.
