paintball tank 4500 psi and remote line use to fill af tank

ok my bother thinks he can ues a remote line from a paintball set up and 4500 psi tank just by altering paintball REGULATOR. to fill his af tank up. i dont think this is safe! has any one tryed this or what do ytou think?
