Pair of Daystates with TT CF tanks
I liked the Carbon Fiber tank from http://www.talontunes.com so much that I ended up getting one for my .177 Air Wolf. Initial write up can be found here…

Knowing now that I need to heat the tank and use a strap wrench, the steel tank on the .177 Wolf came off without too much hassle.
Shown top is a 12fpe Daystate Airwolf MCT in .177 that I picked up at the Hickory Airgun Show. I’ve gone back and forth putting the Airstream moderator on the .177 and 22 Wolf and not sure where it will end up. To make them match, I may look at getting a set of silver BKL’s in 30mm, but I’m not sure just yet.
Bottom is my .22 MCT with a Rowan trigger, custom endcap and adjustable buttpad.
These tanks from Tony at TalonTunes make all the difference in the handling of these guns. While the .177 Wolf had a 400cc tank as opposed to the 500 that was on the .22 model, and as such the weight difference with the CF tank wasnt as pronounced, it did give me a lot more air.
