Q:

pellets were everwhere

I was shooting today, and I mean shooting ,I got some new lighter pellets to try out in the Condor, .25s- lasers 17.7, and spitz kugeln 24 something, any ways I tried air and around 50 shots and can,t get any groups, said O.k. co2 then and 80 shots later and 3 targets, start to wonder what the h— is up! I took off the shroud and it has old wd 40 on it from the other night I couldn’t get the shroud off. Shot until I got the pellets hitting the best I could which still wasn’t that good, put shroud back on and the pellets were dropping way low jacked the scope 7 no. to get back on target, 50 shots more was still the shi- , I just kept shootin and slowly the pellets started to come up and scope setting going down and finally the mother was shooting as straight as an arrow, I was shooting one holers a few times and now I think, if I wouldn’t of sprayed that wd 40 in there I probably wouldn’t of had that much shootin practice and it would have been a quick and sort of boring afternoon. 200+ shots and probably 10 bulls. The lasers were going 720fps on co2, at 64 degrees, they have a loose fit though, the kugeln’s fit nice and shoot good too, so do lasers, plus I have been watching three, maybe a 4th , big jacks and I’m going to snipe em sooner or later at night, I just hope my nieghbor don’t hear me, Maybe I could herd em down in my yard, by going around the other side of their house. All I know is I’m going to get one.

No problem fellas. I wouldn’t go without it.

Hey maw, WD40 can be a bad idea to use around o-rings and high pressure air. It’ll migrate into where it doesn’t need to be.

I highly recommend some silicone spray. It serves zillions of purposes with these guns. Lube and preserve o-rings, wipe down external and internal parts and don’t worry about rust. If used on the hammer it acts somewhat like a teflon coating. Almost don’t know it’s there and nothing gets sticky.

Thanks AP, I’ve been thinking of getting some of this stuff, my wife likes it for cleaning the outside of the refridgerator, makes things smooth as glass.
