Why are we still using photobucket to post pictures when we are charged $399 per year to be able to host 3rd party pictures?

That is great news that you can upload pictures to this site. How do you down load pictures on the site that are using photobucket now or in the past posting? Several of the post still have the photobucket link.
This site has the capability to upload your pics..
You do not NEED third party hosting.

Pay them their hostage money or close your account. I pulled all images and closed my account.
