Pic of the Cricket .35

If its fairly quiet and at least in the 800 fps range I am in!
That’s the $64,000 question. Ville emailed them for specs. Hopefully, it’s not just another pretty face. 😉
Also that girl who taken the pic
So, do we know what kinda juice they are squeezing out of this Puppy ?
On the picture In upper right corner I see our national flag
Demp,
I never attempted to disassemble the reg, they are something I know nothing about.
I did however call Old goat about what was going on with it because the string was from 600 FPS to 1000 FPS and back down on a fill. I adjusted per Old Goats instructions with that adjustment screw for velocity and when it made no difference in a practical shot string I took another approach, I sent it back the next day.
The fellow who sold it to me had problems with the reg before he sold it to me and reported on it on this forum that he had it solved and I really think he thought he did.
I did not want to try taking it apart, not knowing the first thing about regs and on a gun that at the time cost me 2200 US, nor did I think I should have to, I just boxed it up and sent it back to him and got a refund.
He ordered another reg and it took 2 months to come in and that is what really perked my ears up on Edgun service. I was really glad I sent it back because waiting 2 months just watching a $2200. gun set in a corner does not light up my fun light.
After reading the stuff on the Bobcat, and bear in mind I have had three FX that were gems, one of which came from AOA and one I had them customize for me, if I got a BP, and being a bullet caster for over 45 years, as I stated, it would be a 357 Cricket if I could in fact shoot cast bullets in it.
I kind of like the extended forearm on that 35, I’d go longer yet, my just arrived 25 skeleton version just seems like the forearm is too short and when I mount the bipod it seems a shame that the benched rested footprint radius will not take advantage of the longer barrel because of stock length design. I guess it is a bull pup so inclined to offhand shoot but I would like them longer.
I don’t understand why people think they need a new reg. Take it apart. Make sure all air passages are clean from any debris.
Make sure valve stem didn’t break. Inspect and lube Orings with pure silicone grease and light coat of Ballistol on washer stack and metal stem. Poorly lubed Orings will result in failure and erratic reg performance.
I’ve got appx 60k shots on my 22 reg with ORIGINAL stem and Orings. I take it apart about every 10k and relube. That reg is always a solid 2.3 fps SD with a 9 fps max spread reg over 115+ shot string.
If they can get the mag long enough to take 110 grains and the reg set to give a mag worth before dropping off at a usable veloctiy, I may have to , “God Forbid”, go Bull Pup.
Actually I did go BP before with a 25 caliber Edgun, it was shipped with a bad reg, used, and it took the purchaser, a really honest and nice guy, 2 months to get a reg from Edgun “et. all.”
That forever, soured me on the Edgun experience.
I personally like the new stock, would allow the gun to look more streamlined with the bipod folded up. also shaves a few ounces. Cant wait for them to hit the states, already have a case, bipod, scope and some .357 pellets set aside for it and am currently looking into NV scopes for some night shoots. I plan on turning this into my yote gun on the ranch permission I have.
i think it is good to have variety but i don’t like the stock of this .35 cal…. the front of the stock is different from the other versions and cals and they made a bad design this time,,, they could make it like ST or compact stocks ,,,
I was on the other side of the world when that picture was taken and I have witnesses.
It looks to be the same length of the .25. OMG!!! they’re killing me….Drool,Drool.
Look at the guy’s hand right next to her. Is it her or the Cricket making him do that? 😆
She’s standing next to someone who appears to be holding a dead cat in his right hand…not certain of the significance there.

-power
-mag depth/width
-air tube volume
– price
I got an answer to the last one; “You´ll get a special price-as always” but that´s all for now. I´ll report the moment i have something to report. :darth-vader:
