Playin with someone else’s wood! More fun than my own!
What did you guys think I was talkin about?
First off I was not planning on even posting this, some how it makes
me fell like a bit of a trator, as Tony is selling them now, so i did not document it much.
Junk 2X6 off friends crap wood pile..exterior very weathered.
So it made of whatever wood a 2×6 is made of, I’m thinking pine.

Besides 80grit was right, it was ugly, but the grip sure felt good

Be careful that pistol grip doesn’t break off and you wind up with the rifle on the floor… 😉
Gotta love it. You are way more crafty the I…. for 10-12 hrs I could have by a couple Maddog Stocks. But I have great respect for you to do it your self. I also like the Miller High Life sitting by your computer with it opened to a page on TAG 😆
id need some good meth to have enough focus to make that in a reasonable amount of time… 😯
After a few hrs sanding and 5 coats of varnish, and then a coat of bed liner paint.
This project at a guess, took around 10-12hrs of actual work.
It looks like crap compaired to the bullpup one in the mods section and a real maddog stock, but I did enjoy playin with it. I would say I’m 85% happy with it, there are several parts I would do a little diff. But its bolted up to the gun and I kinda like it.
The feel of that style of grip can only be described as, it fits like a glove, my hand just fits in it.
So to keep the peace, make one yourself, or buy one from Tony.
It just feels right!
