I’ve never taken anything on it apart so r there guides that u could give me?
Yes, you can twist it with air in it, it could be a little tight but it won’t hurt it. there is something very small stuck between the valve and the seat.
If firing and twisting does not help it must be taken apart and cleaned as I said before, it is not hard to do.
While there’s still air in it?
Try twisting it and then smack it. That all I have for advice so far

Have u Tryed dryfirinh it a few time? IV had that problem and I snakes mine with a rubber mallet and that fixed mine. Try that worst case drain the tank and pull it apart and clean well.
Ok..I don’t know if this tells u anything but..it leaks out of the very tip of the top hat and it’s just a TINY bit of air.. Sooo…?
1. Empty the tank.
2. Remove brass valve insert, right under top hat.
3. put polishing compound on delrin valve and seat.
4. Push together and spin to polish seat.
5. Clean up and reinstall.

Ok I twisted the top hat and IT WORKED!!!! Thanks everyone for ur help!!
