Please offer suggestions for valve upgrade on talon ss…
I need to hydro the bottle on the talon I picked up and I was hoping to receive some insight from the gurus here on what my options are in upgrading the valve.
I cronied a few shots with the stock tank and it shot 814 fps with 16 gr exacts .22
just for kicks I put Tony’s AAA condor bottle (from my .25) and it sent the jsb’s 1040 fps. I am not sure on how much fill pressure I had in either bottle…I was just curious to see the difference.
So, what do you guys think. Ideally how fast would I want to be sending say jsb 18 grainers out of a 12″ barrel. I was thinking 900 to 950 so what can I do “valve wise” to get there??? Thanks guys.

You should be able to get easy 900’s if you do the port and polish on your stock valve ….their is a how to in the quick referance section…then if you still need more then add a little weight to your hammer..
