PM function problem..
Please help me out!
I am trying to communicate with person by pm but many times when I send pm to him it goes to outbox but not sentbox and it is not delivered to him.
Is it PM system has problem or am I doing something wrong. Every time I push the respond, it says that my message has been sent but when I check the sentbox, it is not, it stays in outbox for days sometimes. And I wonder, why he does not reply.
Is it normal?

It is in the out box until they read it then it goes to sent box.
