polishing the frame
Can someone tell me the benefit of polishing the internal part of the frame,and how to do it plz.

were do i get flitz from
i used flitz on mine befor just used the drill and a plastic dowl thingy and polished it up nice seemed to gain avg of 8 fps if i remember correctly
Plus it will give you a consistant hammer strike, which in turn helps with your fps consistancy…
x2! Flitz is the bomb! kind of expensive, but well worth it!
polishing the internals make the hammer and weight slide freely, well more freely like in hockey they can hit the puck down the ice no problem but once the zamboni hits the ice and polishes it up the puck goes faster due to less resitance
