porous plastic
Made this core out of alluminum and used some porus plastic between the shroad and core, this has made a very effective silencer. I annodised all the alluminum parts and dyed them black, the thread on this core is a 10mm x 1.25mm so it would be no use to most barrels as it was made to fit an Air-arms barrel.

Naa. It’s whats left of a bar of alluminium.
More seems to get chucked out than used with the core way of doing things.
That porous plastic is bloomin good stuff.
