Q:

Power wheel alignment?

Ok so I’m getting a little frustrated. When my power wheel is on zero the indicator is between two numbers. I’ve removed the barell and reinstalled it and can’t get it to line up. Sucks cuz sometimes I forget weither I set it to 5 or 6 anybody else have this issue?

Both nylon washers and the rubber washer are there on the pe assembly so nothing is missing.

Thanks,

+1 don’t sweat it.

Lol or a potentiometer!!!

guys, that little bit of difference DONT FUKKIN MATTER! its not a rheostat or something, not that precise!

Ditto – I rolled the power wheel all the way down to “0”. Rolled it up to 1-0. Marked the power wheel with a silver paint pen where the “1” is on the frame. That’s my “whole” number.

I got it I was able to turn the pw to the max and when the threads clicked I backed it down an now it lines up dead center with 0 on wheel whole number on frame…

Thanks again..

Chrony and th adjusted today I’m at .096 pw 7-0 2800 psi and average 800 over 40 shots..

I got what your saying but it did originally line up on 5 when it was set at 5-0… Maybe when I bottomed it out it threw it off…
When it’s at 5-0 the indicator is showing 4.5
Thanks for the help

When you screw the adjustment wheel (PowerWheel) down to near nothing you will slightly undershoot 0/0. Count your full turns as you scroll upwards until, after starting at 16-0-1 (that is the 0 of the Powerwheel, you again end up at that same 0 (16 micro marks per each rotation of the wheel.

Example:
To achieve 6/8, start at 0 and scroll up until you have made 6 full turns and stop at 8 on the PowerWheel.

Your question of where truely is 5 or 6 (meaning 5/0 or 6/0), it is not properly marked. The scale is off a tad when they inked it onto the frame.

The closest you can get is to put a line on the screw head after you counted your turns.
