Problem with Condor tank refil?
Hi there,
I recently noticed that the hiss of air is longer when i done refill of condor tank and must unscrew to vent the refill adapter. This got me thinking and I instantly tried to refill the tank again. And what i seen was the although previously i filled it to like 160bar now i refill it again from like 140+ to my desired 160bar.
I think that the valve on my recently bought 2nd condor tank is not closing fast enough when done refilling. Has any of you guys had this problem? What can be done with this?

Sounds like the valve seat is not sealing quick enough.
AT YOUR OWN RISK, you could try to tap the tophat with a rubber mallet just enough to pop open the valve a few times. Be sure to tap straight down so you do not bend your stem, you dont have to hit very hard at all.
Just a couple times should do it. New seals sometimes need some help, mine did when it was new.
Wear earplugs… “POP!!!…OW..” yea I did that.
Only do this if you are confident the valve is slow to seal, and I take no responsibility if you damage your valve.
For the record, I got this advice from an AirForce tech on the phone but he gave me the same disclaimer for responsibility.
