Q:

Problems with used Condor, what can it be?

Hi guys,
I am from Argentina, just bought a used Condor here and have a couple of issues. The Condor came with an extra hammer weight and a “special” top hat, also with a 12 inch shroud.
Her is the problem, I set the PW to about 8 and pump to about 190 Bar, I am using a Benjamin Pump and shooting 21 grain Barracuda Pellets. Don’t have access to a chrony.
The first 10 to 15 shots come out OK, then all of a sudden it starts shooting really, really hard, to the point where it starts to sound like a 22LR, it even blew off the shroud a couple of times. Then when I pump back again the pressure is about 140-150 Bar. Does this mean that the rifle is hitting the sweet spot at much less than 190 Bar? At about 160 (can this be possible?, so low?), or is there anything wrong with my top hat? What else could it be?
Thanks,

L

What do you mean by a “special” top hat ? TT or _ ?

Do you have a O-ring behind the top hat if not I would use one, it’s shooting very hot and wasting air.

To find the sweet spot and to custom tune your gun to YOUR goals you would need a crony.
