Pulsar N550 Doubler
I’d like to double the power of the N550 and found this video interesting. I’ve bought the lens and a 37mm adapter. If anyone is willing to build this, I’m willing to pay.

I purchased an entirely different lens to place in front of the NV scope.
Lose stops, yes, but doesn’t look like 2 stops. I’ll swap a little loss of light for magnification.
I am a little confused is that to mount an entirely different lens that replaces the standard one or is it to mount a doubler? Normally double the magnification with out having a correspondent bigger objective lens would result in loosing something like two full f stops.

What lens did you buy? I would be interested to see what you think of the results. Many of the guys don’t come on the optics part of the forum so often so if you don’t get any replies here it may be worth sending a few PMs out to a few of the machining chaps on this forum.
