pump up to 4500 psi

Hello everybody.
I have a scuba tank (up to 3000 psi). Does anybody of the members of the forum know if there is a hand pump that reaches 4500 psi?. The idea is fill with the scuba up to 3000 psi and continue with the hand pump or shoebox.
Second question, the shoebox, how can I buy it?
