synopsys,
I’ve been thinking of starting a thread titled “Ab exercises with a HPA pump” or “Upper body workout for the HPA airgunner” or in your case how about “Overcoming back pain with proper pump technique”
In my case it was “Overcoming Hypertension (moderate high blood pressure) with a HPA Pump”

Using my FX pump, if I change my style of pumping, I can do a pretty good ab and tricep workout.

Abs = lock arms and basically bend over

Triceps / biceps = lock upper body and just use arms.

DVe

So, why should I write it when there is a world of knowledge here on TalonAirgun.com ❓
dave_424 got us off to a good start ❗

I’d like to add my favorite:

:idea::idea::idea:
Turn the handle 45 degrees left for a few strokes followed by 45 degrees to the right for a few. Do ya feel the difference ❓ 😈

Thanks in advance for any ideas,

😆 😆 😆

Since becoming a pump owner I deff have a new respect for HPA’ers with out tanks. I find using the whole body and squatting at the knees gives you a nice solid motion with out damaging the lower back. Almost a pogo stick type of move. Deff not a summer sport.

Do I need to make a phone call for you guys?

😯

I’d laugh, but it hurts. 😆
