Ok so Pyramid Air sucks on sending out your order. I will never order from them again, not only did they charge my card twice, once because I asked to upgrade the shipping. So I asked for next day delivery on Monday. It was after noon so they told me it would ship out on Tuesday. Well I call today and its still has not shipped out. WTF does next day air do, other than charge you more money for extremely shitty service.
I called three times to ensure my order was going out on tuesday, thus having to take off today so I could sighn for my order. This sucks and I hate shitty service. If they had told me it was not going out on tuesday after I had called and got ensured that it would ship out..
I am extremely pissed. I now have to take another day off so I can sign form my order. I will never do business with them again.

I would have to say I had a lot of trouble last time I ordered from them. There communication with me was very poor. They did not even contact me when for some reason they had problem with my card. I also paid for express but they only sent it saver. But most notably they did not fill in the custom forms correctly as they had agreed to before I even ordered and as I specified in writing on the order. I ended up with a very large customs bill because of there blunder. 🙁
So they finally got the second charge back into my account, but to refund the price of shipping, they have to cancel my order then, resubmit it as ground shipping… For Fucks Sake…. Cant a company just say, “I’m sorry we misinformed you about your order, we appologize for the inconvienance, here is your shipping charge refunded, hoep to business wtih you again..”
I dont care that I will have to drive an hour out of my way to get future Air Gun parts, I will never do business wtih them and I reccomend everyone else avoid the company as well..

So they charged the extra for next-day delivery, you took a day off work, then it didn’t arrive next day.
So that’ll be a refund on the extra charge, plus reinbursement for a day’s loss of earnings.
We have a name for companies like that in the UK, starts with a C and ends with a T.
I’m pretty sick of getting their trash spam in one of my mailboxes too. I’ve never bought anything from them, never given them my email in any way shape or form either, so how they got it is a mystery. But if you’re reading this guys…take a fucking walk will you? If you were the last company on earth I wouldn’t buy shit from you.

When they cancelled the order, then started to resubmit it, you should have said “You know what, since its cancelled Ive decided to order from someone else”.
