Pyramidair has a new customer for life!
Kudos to Pyramidair and the great folks in there customer service department! The following is the conversation that took place and it speaks for itself. They definately have a new customer for life!
To whom it may concern,
I was told by other members in our air rifle club that you offer a deal on 4 tins of pellets. They informed me that customers get the cheapest (fourth) tin free. If this is so, I would greatly appreciate it if you would add another tin of the cheapest ones I ordered in .22 caliber since I ordered 3 tins.
I would be extremely grateful if you could swing this for me! My order number is xxxxxxx and I don’t think it shipped out yet considering the weekend. I would be willing to write a thread on our site recognizing the folks at Pyramidair.com and there great customer service. Thanks for your time and consideration on the matter.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you as it isn’t everyday that a business goes out of there way for the customer when the customer dropped the ball. This is my first transaction with Pyramidair and I can assure you it won’t be my last!

Here is the thread as promised and I would have written it anyway! There high caliber service made a lifetime impression on me. I can’t say enough good things about a company that operates like this! Kudos to Pyramidair.com.

When I order pellets from PA, I order $150.00 worth, I get the free fourth tims and free shipping.
I had trouble with the first shipment from them, they were not packed correctly and the tims came apart. I bitched loudly and they sent another identical shpment for free and let me keep the first one.
I have ordered all my pellets from them since.

Talking about good customer service, this just happen to me today.
Last week I ordered a gun from Precision Airguns & Supplies and got a e-mail from Jim (Jim & Nancy are the owners of Precision Airguns) just a few hours later (I ordered it late the night before) stating all the guns were sold out at the special price. So I canceled my order.
Now today I get an e-mail from Nancy asking about my order. Nancy said that they were able to get a one more shipment of guns at the special price and want to let me know and if I still wanted one.
After a couple of e-mail to work out the details, I wrote a check out and got it ready to go out in the mail tomorrow.
Precision Airguns hasn’t received the shipment of new guns yet, so it will be a while before I have a new girl in the stable. I’ll post pictures when I get it.
To find a company that will go out of their way to make a customer happy is a rare thing now days. These guns will go fast (because of the great price they are selling for) like they did first time. I’ll put a link at the bottom of this post to Precision Airguns.
This makes the second gun I have bought from Precision Airguns. From now on Jim (Precision Airguns) will be getting a e-mail from me asking if he could get the gun (or anything else) I’m looking for.
Yes Pyramyd Air is a good company and I like them, but they can’t beat what Precision Airguns just did for me.

You say that now. However we have also heard some horror stories about PA as well.
