Is it just me or does anyone else have trouble with P.A?
They say buy 3 cans get the 4th can free yet when you order 3 cans of one pellet and 3 cans of another pellet= (6) they only give one can for free,is my math off?? I know that one more can cant cost anymore to put in a box and ship.
also I can never get anyone on the phone( been trying for hours),and if I do! its some young girl who can’t answer any basic questions.
does anyone have another site for good deals on pellets?
Personality my thinking of value is ( They deference between what a customer get’s and what a costumer expects)

never a problem with any of em…ive spent about 3000 dollars in the last 6 mos at p/a alone..theres my 2 cents.
I dont know what was going on earlier today.
There ordering system is a pain. When you add to the cart .. say 1 tin of $10 pellets and 1 tin of $15 pellets then go to the cart and adjust the order for 4 tins of the $15 pellets. At that moment in time you earned a free tin [you’ve ordered 5] and the cheapest will be free. Well guess what – your 1 tin of $10 pellets is the least expensive and will be free so the cart changes it to a $0 price. As soon as that happens it won’t let you order more at the $0 price.
My tip – put 1 of each type into the cart. If you order 4 or more different kinds, pick an extra dummy pellet that’s below the price of all others. Then go to the cart and start entering quantities starting with the the lower priced pellet (not the dummy). Update you cart in between each. When done, change the quantity on the dummy pellet to 0.
Or do what I do. If I need 18.1 JSB’s I order just those. I make sure the order is in a multiple of 4 and over $100 in total. I get each 4th tin free and get free shipping.
If I want a different pellet, I’ll do the same a few days later.
The hidden benefit is that I know I have a stockpile of pellets that are more likely to be from the same lot / die.
This is the main reason I’m shrinking my pellet variety, even giving up a couple of favorites because they only shoot good in one gun, whereas the next best shoots good in several…
When I first got into airgunning,I ordered from just about ALL the big names…PA , by far, has given me the best prices, the quickest phone answering, quickest shipping of them all, except for AOA, which is every bit as good as PA..what that means is that on any given day ANY of them can be the best, or the ABSOLUTE worst..But…if you’re getting sh!t for sevice time after time, well it’s time for a change I would think!!!
I called PA about a problem I had with UPS not delivering a gun 2 day air that I had paid for,,,some ditzy girl told me they’d check into it yeah right!! I chalked it up as a lost cause and said to hell with them….but like 3 weeks go by and then I get an e-mail from PA..they had refunded the shipping cost to me since UPS dropped the ball!! THIS muchly impressed me, cause I had actually forgotten all about it…that’s GOOD customer service in my book..
O.K I just tried again and it did let me order 8 total cans with 2 cans of the H&N for free,
I dont know what was going on earlier today.

go to P.A and put 4 cans of JSB Diabolo and 4 cans of H&N Baracuda Match .22 Cal, 21.14 Grains
OK That is 8 cans,yet it will not show up in my cart it will only give me 1 can of H&N for free and thats it ,I need to BUY 3 more cans,
they wont answer the phone for Sh*&T

PA is good if they have it in stock. If not they try to keep you hanging on by giving out fake in stock dates.
I will not deal with Cobra again. I do not trust them.
I recommend Mac1, Straightshooter, Pomona Airguns, Talon Tunes, Topgun-Airguns, and even Pyramid Airguns.
I use Cobra airguns in NY and they are terrible on the phone (usually do not answer) I have also ordered 5 guns and only actually got 2. Never heard anything about the other 3 period. I e mailed them several times and got nothing in return no call no e mail. This is after buying a condor package and a talon ss loaded from them. I ordered a dragon slayer from them nothing! I do have to say they are awesome if you walk in the store. Very helpful and when they have time you can shoot alot of guns there too.

No it’s not you? That’s typical of PA. They lost a major sale from me, put on hold of over 30 minuets. The free tin is the cheapest pellet brand of your order. I was told this point blank by PA….. If you don’t state to them which brand, for the free tin, it is what ever “‘ they ‘” choose, cheaper than your purchased pellets.
I ordered 4 tins of Beeman Trophies and got a free tin of Beeman Siver Sting. Called PA to complain, They Replied “You didn’t specify 4th tin brand or type. keep the Stings and we will send you another tin of Trophies for free?”
