Pyramyd Air is getting better, but …
I ordered 4 tins of .20 Beeman FTS from Pyramyd. Of course they still offer buy 3, get the 4th one free. I received only 3 tins.

Check out this packing job. Each tin gets its own hole in a thick foam pad. Alternated, cardboard … pad/pellets … cardboard … pad/pellets…
No damage to the tins. Moving on up in professionalsm. 😉

I read a post from an importer of the pellets and he said the pellets come well protected from the mfg.
So I am sure as pellets are moved around at PA crates of them have fallen off the fork lift or boxes dropped as they are moved. For anyone who has worked in a warehouse, I am sure you have seen big boxes falling from more then one shelf or fork lift 😀
Yeah they screwed up my order waaay back when, but they made it right in the end. The new method should be 1000 times better at keeping our pellets undamaged. I wonder though, how much damage they may receive from shipping from the manufacturer?

that’s the best way to get a good deal…order more than $150 and let them pay the shipping AND get the 4th tin (of the cheapest tins ordered) free.
Also got a shipment this week…also packaged as the one illlustrated. Good packing job, even the no-thumbs UPS lady didn’t manage to dent any.

Same here, took a few days to indicate shipped.
I did however use the 10% coupon and I wonder if that is why I didnt get the 4th tin. I will give them a call and see whats up with that.

I bought 3+1 Free tins of JSB Jumbo’s awhile back. As I had read on many forums in the past, I was prepared for a problem. Sure enough, I had one.
I took pictures of the box, the box open, the pellets packed, the tins (damaged) and the pellet in the tins all foofed up. More than half the pellets in EVERY tin were skirt damaged and approx. 15% of my pellets were not able to be repaired with a pell seat.
I then was contacted by Pryamid to survey my experience with them. Oh, I surveyed alright! I even gave them a phone number to contact me and offered to send them the pictures I’d taken. Never heard from them again.
I’m done with those bastards.
