Question about installing new valve in bottle
Hi,
Just received my new valve for bottle. What should I use on threads to screw new valve on to bottle. The directions say to use dielectric such as Dow Corning. Is it ok to use teflon tape or locktite? Thanks in advance.

I’ve had about twenty different valves on my bottle and all I do them up with is a pair of long-handled pliers/grips. Once the pressure’s up that valve ain’t going anywhere, so long as it’s been given a decent pinch down onto the bottle o-ring.
Dont use anything. There is an oring at the top of the bottle taht makes the seal 😀
