Questions about Chair Gun Pro set up!!!

I am having a little trouble utilizing Chair Gun Pro. mainly because I am not sure of a few settings. I have a Talon SS, I am confused as to What setting to use for Scope height? I have the BKl High Rings, which are 1in. does the height of the rail the scope is mounted to need to be taken into consideration also? trying to avoid the whole Garbage in Garbage out effect. [/list]
