Quick change tophat question??
I recently bought the top hat from tony. its doing its job but it always seems to turn a little more counter clockwise with every shot. anyone else experience this? how can I stop it? any help appreciated.

Another TT tophat question.
Sometime ago I did try TT tophat with no o ring installed behind, but it seems on my tank fill to 2800 psi using Kings to be about 100 fps lower than usual about 840 fps max @ pw 10.0 with the large insert.
I know some tweak the output by slightly enlarging the insert. But can the stem of the TT tophat be slightly shorten to increase the out flow ? If so, what amount will need to be removed to increase it to 920fps using Kings.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks !

What is the reason(s) why you want to stop it from rotating ?
The factory top hat does turn on my Condor more than my Talon. My guess is that the Condor has a heaver hammer and spring, but seems to turn and stop at some point.
When it rotates the speed will change to so extent but it’s about only 8 fps on mines and can be compensated by adjusting the hammer spring.

thanks for the replies. its not that I want to stop the rotation. I was just wondering if it was normal. it has no effect on my guns performance. And yes I do have a heavier spring, tt hammer with slap mod, and the quick change top hat. I was thinking maybe that’s why it was rotating cause my guns modded to the teeth haha.
