Will she mount on the 909?

Not a chance. It’s a BIG scope; way to long for proper balance, and to big to clear that rear site on the 909.

I’m pretty set on an Eotech, or similar no-magnification sight for my 909.

The Zeiss is going on a specialized calling rifle that I will be getting soon. You guys will be the first to see it when it’s up and running.

Most Lupy’s do just fine on Air Guns. And are life time on replacement.

Since I don’t shoot springers much, I look for quality in the optics them selves. The Zeiss Conquest I have on my SS does all I could ever ask for in a Scope. Very crisp. Great resolution. Very good in low light and moon lit critter hunting. Mil-Dot ret. Target turrets. Side parallax adjustment, 50mm objective and some of the best coatings in the business. You can look at a target under the setting sun with no white out what so ever.

Best of all is the settings are very repeatable. It shoots the “Box” every time! When you adjust for long range, and then re-adjust back for short, it is dead on!

About the only complaint is that if you are shooting at a white back ground target in broad day light, it will just about blind you with the bright picture! Gotta wear shades! 😯 😆

Zeiss truly does make a superior product.

I just picked up a Zeiss Conquest 1.8-5.5X38mm on sale at Cabela’s for $299. This scope has the best twilight factor in the Conquest line.

Haven’t mounted it yet. I will give a report on it here when I do.

Looking thru it in the backyard, the resolution, contrast, and low-light performance of this scope is nothing short of stunning. I don’t think I will be able to settle for a lesser scope in the future.

Way back when I shot some FT w/ a springer the scope everyone
used was a Leupold.

How come they are not mentioned ?

Probably due to Leupold not being sold by major airgun suppliers. If you haven’t noticed, Predator Extreme is extremely advertisement/product oriented.

I would be real surprised if Leupold didn’t make an airgun-rated scope.

Wow, that was almost a waste of time. I think that entire thing could be summed up in 1/3 of the space. I don’t think that leupolds were mentioned because Leupold does’t make specific airgun scopes, at least from what I understand.
