Q:

" T " Handle Hex keys, who’s is the very finest Brand Going

I want to buy a set of real nice Premium Quality T Handle hex keys and a bench top stand for them. Trying to accumulate some tools that don’t leave my bench for Air Guns work only. Suggestions ?? Cheap tools and guns mix poorly.

The best Hex tools are the ones we use for RC Racing Cars.

Ultra Hard, Tungsten tips and they last forever.

Hudy is the best.

These guys ship worldwide

Every once in a while I grind the tip of my hex wrenches down 1/8 of an inch on a grinding wheel. It keeps the fit perfect and you never will strip a head. Just make sure the end is flat, 90 degrees to the shaft and run some steel wool over the end to remove any burs.

Nice! Itยดs actually super-easy to strip a small 2-3 mm Hex by using so-so Tools. Same goes for small slot/Phillips screws. Good Tools cost money but so does the time AND Tools needed after you messed up something by using a sub-par Tool on it.

These are some of my $20 each metric hex drivers. You will never mess up a hex screw with one.

Amen brother. Don’t touch my tools and never touch my guns.

It got so bad at my household with my good tools disappearing I had to get a Harbor Freight set for the family and lock mine down. When I found out my son’s friends were going in my 41″ double decker stainless tool chest that was the final straw. Just getting them to put things away when they are done would fix most of the problems. I bought my son a “starter” set of about $500 of basic mechanics tools for xmas so he can manage his own. He added about $200 to the set and is well on his way. I’ll see how he does at 23 years of age. ๐Ÿ˜

I feel your pain! Iยดve made very, VERY clear that no one in our household is allowed to even look at my Tools without my written permission. My wife asks me,every now and then, whether we have this or that Tool. I always answer ; “We – NO! I have one but WE donยดt”
Iยดll rather borrow my wife to a friend than let him use my Tools. Any day ! ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

I thought you wanted the best? ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Actually, Sinclair Intl offers the Bondhus as well for the more frugal. Brownells, Starrett, or Forster when quality is all that matters. ๐Ÿ˜›

Whia was the name I was looking for, Ordered a set of soft grip CRM-72 Steel keys, for the air gun bench, an ordered a set of the Bondurus T handles in metrics too for the big shop as I have the SAE matching set and like them for car type work.

Thanks guys, I looked at everything offered before buying.

Ya, you got me on that probably but I have other Wiha tools in another location and OCD got the best of me as I have been happy with them and they are still quite nice. I really bought the Bondurus for the bench top rack they come with !! I’ll likely toss the t handles in my big metric’s box in the gun room.

Facom !! WIHA is good too and so is Bondhus and Teng Tools. Iยดve never owned one tool from Snap-On, strangely enough so i canยดt say anything about them. My Monster Garage is filled with Bahco, Facom and Teng Tools.
