Those guys at the Yellow must be on vacation or something. This arrow slinging hybrid is clearly an abomination and should be banned and deleted as soon as possible! 🙄

Moneyshot-Maybe so. I asked in another post if the AF sear has been updated. The sear above doesn’t have a lip that extends over the top of the trigger as some of the diagrams show in the OR section.
I plan on having my gun a part soon to put the new trigger mod in it and I’m going to take a look at the AF sear to see what design it is.

I saw your banning of AirArcher link before everything went poof the other day. I also saw your website where you gave reasons for your withdrawal of your product from the market. I don’t know how your mod. could be considered any more unsafe than that of the original design. You mentioned accidental firing, but I thought I heard of that happening to stock AF guns at times. Am I wrong?
Something Adam said the other day and my own experiences show a great deal of movement (to me) in the trigger assembly when taking the safety off. The diagram below shows a latch with a wallowed out hole. I didn’t realize that oblong hole could move around quite like it does. The more I work with these guns the more I’m amazed. I hate your product got put on the back burner and I hope someday you can make it again.

Apparently your converted (and reverse convertible back to it’s original state)AF airgun into an air powered arrow launcher isn’t close enough to an airgun than something purpose built to launch arrows but never pellets. 😕
In the dictionary the definition of ‘hypocrite’ says “see the Yellow forum administration”… 😆
My sarcastic dig is meant entirely for the Yellow and easily foreseen hypocracy concerning them banning the Airarcher vs silence on the same product from FX one of their biggest sponsers.
As for FX’s version of an arrow gun, I genuinely hope its very successful.
I would like to see other manufactures come out with their own versions as well.
Whether its target shooting,fishing or hunting pneumatic arrow guns should have a place in the airgun community. In coming years I hope to see them become more mainstream and I believe they and other muzzle loading and bigbore airguns should be included in the primitive weapon seasons in all the states. So in my opinion FX’s new product is progress in that direction 😀
