Nice little gun! I can put it in pocket while chasing game! 😀

:hoot:

It might just be me, but I can’t understand a word that guy is saying!

Hoot:

The first thing I thought when saw it was that it looked like the earlier version of the taipan with the mag lever on the left side.

Yep it’s a kool little puppy.
The Russians, have been way ahead in the bullpup game for a long time.
Before the Edgun, Russian guys were building lots of one off custom bullpups.

I’ve been a fan of bullpup airguns before there was the first Edgun.
I’ve been collecting bullpup pix for over 6 years and have over 2500 of them.
Most of them are from the Russian guys.

Here is a custom stock for the Raptor you may enjoy looking at.
Click on the pic to make it bigger.

Have you seen the python, a short bullpup also, don’t care for the stock design.

I can see the lineage for sure. I think the Taipan is an improvement over the Raptor

If I’m not mistaken, Wingman said that the Taipan Mutant is the evolution of the Raptor 3 Compact.

:2cents:

I don’t mind the rear cocking lever. There are some advantages to that system. What I don’t like is the spring loaded magazine like a Theoben. I know those kind of magazines cycle nice but I hate loading them.

Compact little thing.
Not sold on the stock shape with the angle of the hand grip and the preshaped finger grooves.

Is it regulated?

It sure was quiet in .177 at whatever power it was shooting.

Too bad the cocking handle is at the back again.

That is a nice short compact gun. Sort of looks like a Cricket.

Nice looking little bullpup , however it looks like it is only set up for a right handed shooter and being a lefty it would not be practical
for me to have , still it looked like a nice little gun .
