Q:

RC, since you’re so into Crosmans, where’s the Rogue 2.0?

I figured since you had your stroke and decided to get a Marauder (despite having two guns at the top of that class already)…. you must be on the payroll.

Where’s the Rogue 2.0 supposedly announced on Facebook a month ago?

Harry,

It stands for LeadBulletTechnology molds. It is owned and operated by Veral Smith in Moyie Springs, Idaho.

Veral designed improved SWC designs that were based on very wide metplates to impart shcok to animal when hit.

He improved the Keith SWC by dropping the sharp shoulder ring which used to be thought to do the cutting on the bullets when they rammed thru flesh and made the nose or metplate wider.

Wide metplates are the single best design for big game hunting, cast spitzers being the worstand roundnose a close second. HP depent on velocity to expand and if they fill with fur and flesh they will not.

I heard, “little bitty testes” but I don’t buy it.

Roach, pardon my ignorance but what the hell does LBT stand for?

Nice shooting RC. No, the Rogue won’t do that. If it did, we’d have seen it by now.

Instead, all we read is promises of future testing that always (surprise!) gets superceded by something and then left undone.

Right now, there is a planned P-Dog hunt that’s been mentioned. Curious as to what that will yield…

Jerry,

This is why I won’t be getting a Rogue anytime soon.

I just now shot this group at 150 yards with the LBT carbine. I turned it up from 770 FPS this morning to 850 FPS, which meant I went from 3 on the PW and 2700 PSI fill to 6 on the PW and 3000 PSI fill.

I did exchange the Burris 2×7 Fullfield for the Bushnell 3200 5×15 Tactical from my Royale 500 on it to see how good it shoots.

I was sighted in for 30 yards, Handloads.com said come up 39 inches so I dialed in 26 minutes on the turrent and shot these 5 shots off a grape bin,no bags, no sighters, just holding the little carbine in my hands, it weighs a total of 8.5 lbs.

These were not a buck a shot Noslers, they were unweighed, uninspected cast bullets from my pocket.

The Rouge is never going to do that, and you and I know this, but there is probably a whole new bunch of suckers waiting in the wings. 😉

Good for you if you sell that stuff. I hardly ever sell anything. That’s why I have a .308 Codor I haven’t shot in 3 years and a .50 DS that’s gone about as long.

At least the kids shoot the springers from time to time and AJ really likes the S&W.

So, I guess you’re useless about the Rogue 2.0? 😆 😆 😆

Awrg phft awrg futhph!( Finger extended) A quote from the movie “Ledgends of the fall”

That is fuck you in apolexy. 😛

Yeah it is the Crosman thing that is keeping me from getting a Mrod and putting it in that stock.

I only have three models of PCP’s the FX Royales, Ranger 45 and the two 25 LBT, and I dearly love all of them.

Kind like that dude on Sister wives, I just have a hard time thinking about getting another.

But I can make some money on the S&W and the Teryx.
