Reduce weight of the Kalibrgun cricket wb stock
Is there a safe way to get rid of some weight from the walnut stock with magazine holder? I wish for the holder to stay in place, I have seen some people making their air tubes free floating but I can’t find a thread of how to do so.
Any ideas? If you know of a thread about making the air tube ff then please give me a link.

It’s hard to reduce any substantial weigh (-4.3 oz) if you’re going to keep the mag holder.
My Cricket BP hack if you haven’t seen it already ……..

Don’t think there is a how to on the Cricket stock free floating the AT.
When my Cricket was in bits I used the AT as a sanding block, the added thickness of the sandpaper is enough to get proper clearance.
I sanded the foregrip only until when action is in, I could slip a piece of paper between it in-and-out freely.
Some afterwhich may need a washer added to the inside to lift the action up a bit.
Most already have the frame portion clearing the AT and some may need the back portion near the receiver end sanded also.

Also to minimize POI shifting, some benefit from not over tightening of the stock bolt(s) as well.
Some also benefit from a barrel pull and this is evident only after a couple or more top off fill sessions.
