Regulated Benjamin Tank
This is about the results I observed by using a regulated Benjamin tank on a stock Condor. The tank was connected using a CO2 adaptor and a paintball remote.
I wanted to have this ready to post a couple of weeks ago, but it did not happen for a number of reasons.
Below is chart of a lot of shot strings. Three of these shot strings use the regulated Benjamin tank. The Benjamin tank is a 72 cu in 3k psi tank regulated to 2000 psi. In examining this regulator, it looks exactly like a normal HPA regulator used in the paintball HPA tanks, EXCEPT it uses a completely different spring. I tried to adjust the output pressure, unsuccessfully, by adding shims to preload on the regulator. My objective would be to increase the output pressure by 250 psi. I have not given up, but I am discouraged at this point.
Strings 4, 7.13, and 8 use the regulated tank.

I haven’t changed it on either the Condor Tank or the CO2 adaptor. The Condor tank is set at .101″ and the CO2 adaptor is at .078″.
