Q:

Regulator and very small Quick fill.

I had a little time and even borrowed a tank, so I made the installation of the regulator and even added a quick fill with pressure gauge.
On rifle or a tank is anything not necessary to modify , just screwed the regulator and put a circle with a quick fill.
Here is a video with the test at a pressure 375BAR and outlet pressure regulator 118BAR

Tomorrow I will add more description on my website: http://www.altaros.cz

At the moment I leave the produce series regulator handle and quick fill . How everything will be made so I write.

Thanks for the reply….

Whatever happened to this product??? Anyone have one installed yet????

I have several installed & they work great so far. The one on My Air Ranger is also working nicely but I’m still trying to understand why it’s eating up shot count.

But I would defiantly recommend them to anyone, but if you are filling through the regulator like in the case of the AR, than you have to tell him cause it’s different from the ones where you fill normal.

I’m interested in this regulator. My concern right now is related to the ring with the gauge that prevents the tank to be unmounted. Can you produce the ring a bit longer so I can still install and uninstall the tank easily?

Other than that is just perfect.
Is it ready?

Thanks
Z.

How much are ur regs and can u Post to the uk? Coz i really want one 🙂

is with 24″ barell

Hi,

Thank you for you info, but what is the barrel length you use?

ATB, Ewoodie.

Sorry for the delay, but the first producer did not fare so now it gets another producer. Handles regulator is already done, but waiting for a quick fill.
For now, adding one measurement with regulator set to 1900PSI (3600PSI-1900PSI pressure)

Naser:
I went through the pictures again and I found a reason for what you write, that I had not noticed before.
Those you fill the tank through the regulator, but the pressure measure that does not pass the inlet pressure regulator.
Output pressure is different in these cases.
Maximum output pressure fill through the regulator is about 125-130 BAR. In fill over Qick Fill the maximum output pressure of regulator 150-155 BAR and pressure settings are also more confident.
If the thread the same bottle and it should go between the bottle and thread give similar thread as for Qick Fill gunpower, and thus the regulator has not fulfilled throughout.
Filling throughout the regulator using only cz 200 S, where the pressure is set to 100 bar. For all other fills the Qick Fill.

Alternatively, it is still a possibility rearranged spring in the regulator of the composition ()()()()() of the double spring (())(())(()) and it is achieved that it is possible to adjust the output pressure of 200 bar in fill through the regulator.

Ondrej,

I loved your regulators & I tried it on my air ranger but I was having some problems.

Making small adjustments is not very easy & when I reach the pressure needed & install it in the rifle it just seems to change for some odd reason.
So you need to make it in a way where we can make more precise changes.

Also I was getting a lot less shots & after I went with your recommendation of increasing the valve spring it was much better but still a lot less shots, and I did make a bigger chamber too.

So if your gonna make any new ones with any updates than let me know & I’ll buy & give it another shot.

Thanx

Very nice!!! 😯 😯 😎 😎 😎 😎

hey,

Looks great, will contact Jirka, when do you have a batch ( a few ) ready 😛

Btw, the regulator looks very nice inside, with the blue lipseals 😯

Yet complete.
Quick fill the ring without thread. It is therefore possible to make it install in any position.
The filling part is separated from the regulated. After filling the rifle is now ready to fire.
