Q:

Regulator Condor SS

I have been looking into the jds airman regulator but I am wondering how to go about this. Do i just use the jds reg and put it in my stock af bottle and than just re thread the bottle back onto my gun, or do i have to get the etac reg to attach the jds reg to my condor.

Also once i have that squared away should I also get the tt tophat or stick with the stock tophat??

Dyotat your builds are sick man. I am going with the etac but with regards to length of pull I could use about four more inches. So I might go with a 12 inch bottle plus the etac setup which will hopefully solve my problem. The gun is awesome but I dwarf it. The bottle I’m looking at getting is pretty light too it’s I think 2 or so pounds. I’m not really sure wha size I want to get yet though

Holy cow! Mine is just about right in terms of L.O.P. (I have the TT Drop Down tank Adapter)
Any longer would be too long.

Have you ever picked up a marauder? The length of pull on those is waaaaay short…must feel absolutely silly to you!

Do not ingest Dyotat’s products. They will definitely make you ill. 4 more inches? That’s just greedy. Though your wife/girlfriend/boyfriend may disagree.

You need a Etac reg or the co2 adapter. I use the Etac regs so I’m not sure how long the setup is with co2 adapter but with Etac it is 3.5″ longer on a tank. That is one reason to use a 48 ci bottle length of pull doesn’t change. Only bottle diameter is larger and you have a lot more air now.

The talontunes tophat now has inserts…i doubt you would change the inserts when you have your gun regulated, but depending on what power level you reg it to you might want the option to change/restrict airflow to get it shooting the way you want. It could help with your tune, but id say stick with the stock tophat for first testing sets, thens ee what you want to do from there.
