Regulator output pressure?
Hi guys
I’m going to buy a .22 Condor (24″) and would also like to get a regulator. Doing a bit of research it looks like 2000psi output is a popular choice. Could anyone who’s tried 2000psi output let me know what velocities they’re getting with some .22 heavy pellets like JSB 18.1, Kodiak 21.1,
JSB 25.4, and EJ 28.4 ?
I’d also be interested in knowing how many good shots per fill you get with a standard Airforce bottle at 2000psi output.
Thanks

If i may recommend a regulator.
I have two of the Altaros regulators. Very happy with them. The Altaros you adjust for speed of the pellet not pressue output.
You really do need a chrony to benifit form the use of a reg so you will know what the speed is of the pellet so you can optimize the regulator.
You can have them set to a requested speed but mine came in shooting about 100fps faster than what i had asked for. Their altitude may be higher than mine thus the variance. No big deal since i have a chrony.
Mine took only about 10 days to arrive.
hope this helps.
