Regulator spacer.
Hi guys.
While changing the orings on my cricket I put my spacer aside, my poodle decided that it looks like a nice toy. He took it and carried it to somewhere in my garden (4000 square m).
I need the dimensions to have one made. Thanks in advance guys.

The important part is the length of 25mm, you can have any ID/OD you want so long as you drill a hole in the spacer so it can use the whole volume of the prechamber
So u mean there is a some small used space between the AT wall and spacer if u don’t make a hole ?

hum, thanks guys I couldn’t remember if it had a forward play ………. it’s good to know.
Dman/Jaime made me one for my Mutant Shorty that is thinner and drilled out to increase the pre-charge chamber volume, it increase the velocity by +20 fps.
I might ask him to make me one for my Cricket Compact 177, this is a picture of it.

You can always sand out the backstop, but you risk the regulator creeping back. I think it’s good that Kalibrgun incorporated this feature to prevent rear movement. Even if the regulator doesn’t move (because the external O-rings compression will prevent it), it’s still a good measure of avoidance and one less possible issue to worry about, in my opinion.
It can’t be made any longer. That is why Ernest and I think Jan drilled holes through the spacer. That is the only (known) way of increasing the regulated air volume.
Greg, you could probably figure something out if you put your mind to it.
You can have a very small ID on it too, jut drill a hole or two to let the air use the whole resevoir. No need for it to be so big
Greg, I don’t think the spacer can be made longer, as you pointed out that the backstop/shoulder in the air tube will prevent it. At least on mine, it is a tight fit when everything is in place – regulator, spacer, and valve assembly.

I’d also would like to know if the spacer can be made any longer then the factory one.
If so, by how much before it bottoms out on the regs backstop rig in the AT ?

No, but it would if you made a smaller ID spacer, no need to be super specific about the diameter of the thing if you don’t want too since he is making his own. The OEM spacer don’t need holes
