Q:

Relief Valve

🙁 I was/am installing one of Tony’s “tank adapters” on my Condor. Thought I’d see what make the relief valve work on the tank collar. BAD, WRONG idea….now I have a small leak from down in the hole in the tank collar. Any body have a good safe fix for my dumbass move? 👿 I’m sure I’m not the first guy to do this or maybe I am…. Anyway all help appreciated. 🙄

If I’m right in this, the screw presses the metal disk against the bottom of the hole, so adding something like teflon to the screw shouldn’t really work. But it might so worth a try

torque/sealant/loctite/solid screw

How tight did you tighten the grub screw?

Tighten it as much as you can without stripping it
